You agree not to hold the Fall River Hot Air Balloon Festival, The Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce, the City of Hot Springs, including, but not limited to, owners, officers, directors, agents, employees, staff, volunteers, other event participants, pilots, their crews, their families, executors and assigns harmless from any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to yourself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act, or that may otherwise arise in any way at the Fall River Hot Air Balloon Festival.
